This is a sequel to the book "Thap Cham" (pronounced Top Chom). For thousands of years the earth has held a secret that promised prosperity and power to whom it is revealed. About the Author William Diebold spent two years and three months in Vietnam as a photographer from 1969 to 1971. Following that he attended and graduated from Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles and was hired by Leo Burnett Inc. upon graduation to manage a studio in Chicago. After one year he went out on his own eventually spending twenty-five years as an advertising photographer with studios in Chicago and Dallas. He was fortunate to enjoy success during those years with a client list that includes many major clients such as Kelloggs, Little Ceasars, Pillsbury, Bud Light, Sam Adams, Pepsi, etc. He was an advertising photographer in Chicago at a time during the 1980’s when the industry was at the dawn of major changes brought on by the revolution of personal computers, digital media and the Internet. It was an exciting, portentous time and he still has the opinion that Chicago, the city and its wonderful people, is the best-kept secret in the country. He is currently a high school teacher living in Southern California and teaching digital imaging. He firmly believes that his love for teaching is based on his prior success and self-fulfillment as a professional photographer. He considers himself mostly retired but at the same time he honestly looks forward to going to school and teaching every day because the students with their idealism, hopes and dreams keep him forever young. By Elizabeth Largent This was on of the most riveting books that I have read in a very long time. This book was a "page turner" that defied you to put it down. There never seemed to be a break in the action.I had previously read Mr. Diebold's "Thap Cham" and found to be an exceptional book however, I believe that his second book is even better and hope to hear that he is working on a third novel.

I read that one first and this takes up where that one leaves off. I it a very exciting and engaging story of love, intrigue and thrilling ambition with lots of twists and surprises that will keep you reading.
