I love this book that answered the back history of the character's.This was well written from the beginning to the end and a Journey of the fairie realm, werewolves, elves, dwarves, wood nymphs and the humans experience. The beautiful 500 year old Adrah Everstar is to be queen and betrothed to comander of the army Magnus Lockmoore. Future king to Adrah Everstar. She sneaks away to fly on her owl named Grimka. She lands in the woods and meets Magnus. He is tall, with blond hair and green eyes. Oh my this guy must be sexy..He steals a kiss from her. Will she choose her duty to protect her people or fall in love with Magnus and have passion for one another? Snow White eats a poison apple and is put in a deep sleep. She is awakened by a kiss from prince charming and marries him.They conceive a boy. Will she have the happy ever after she desires or a marriage from hell.The evil queen Eranna Ravenmoore steals the essence of beautiful girls to keep her beauty alive. The queen send the huntsman after Snow White to kill her and bring her heart but instead he falls in love with Snow White.Will they have a love affair and the happiness that Snow White deserves? Jacob Grimm is a treasure hunter who meets the beautiful queen Ares from the wood nymphs. General Rothatin Longspear, and the Grimm brothers dedicates themselves to Queen Adrah to fight the battle. Which side will win? I would definitely recommend this book and any other books Alicia Michaels writes.She is a amazing writer with a God given talent. Keep writing and thank you for letting me imagine your creativity in this world of fairies, werewolves, elves, dwarves and other creatures. Awesome book, loved it!

So much history about Fallada enclosed within By Kristy Heinicke I'm going to treat this collection, like I do when I review boxsets/anthologies & review each story within....A King Named Magnus...I found this tale to be bitter sweet (if you have yet to read 'Daughter of the Red Dawn' you wont understand). I love the Adrah of the future & to read how she met & fell in love with her king was beautiful. Also reading about Adrah just as she accepts her crown & becomes the Fae Queen, was wonderful, she is full of uncertanties, wondering if she is the Fae to lead her people. The dynamics between Magnus & Adrah at the start is what you would expect, but then who would want to meet the man they are to marry a fornight before?? I absolutely LOVED reading "A King Named Magnus"!!The Huntsman and I...In this tale, Alicia gives us a version of Snow White that answers alot of WHAT IF's... like what would life be like after the prince kissed Snow awake?? after the wedding?? would Snow really live happily ever after?? what is the prince REALLY like?? In "The Huntsman and I" we find out exactly what happens & how Snow's life is like after the deed, I wont give anything away, you will have to read this to find out for yourself, but I will say I LOVED the twist at the end... but now I want to know the rest of the story.The Nymph Queen...This is the extended tale, a more indepth tale from 'Child of the Sacred Earth' & what a tale this is, filled with a darkness that wasn't portrayed in the book. I can honestly say I had tears at one point, poor Queen Ares' life is filled with so much order & has no purpose to it, then with the news from the prophets well she has no reason either. Jack Grimm stops her at a time in her life when she's at her lowest... Things progress & you get to see a happy, carefree Ares but only for a time... Thank you Alicia for giving us the entire tale, I loved it.Fallada's Last Stand: The Fall of King Magnus...Ummm I'm not sure I want to read this... but I'll go on... Damn, what an emotional read this was, the tears just didn't have a chance to stop. We got to see how the relationship between Magnus & Adrah had blossomed, also we got to see a younger Rothatin & how he became General & advisor to Queen Adrah. It wasn't during happy times either. This was set just before the decission to seal Fallada from the world of men, it wasn't an easy task for those left behind. We also got a glimpse of just how powerful Queen Adrah is, I'd hate be on her bad side.My overall experience reading the histories of Fallada was enchanting, I was enthralled by the stories within I LOVED every minute of them, including those parts that made me cry. Now I can't wait to read what comes next in the series of "The Lost Kingdon of Fallada"....

Each story is rich and vibrant and oh so amazing!!The four short stories give so much background to her series. I love Queen Adrah and hope that she gets her own book with the series, but I loved the background of who she is and what has led her to how she rules her kingdom. Then the story of Jacob Grimm beautiful and touching. It cleared up a lot of things for Child of the Sacred Earth.This is definitely a must read for this extraordinary series. I loved each one of the tales and absolutely can't wait to read more of the beautiful kingdom of Fallada.
