About the Author Silver FaeryHawk goes by a lot of names--she loves the names her grandchildren call her--especially "Grammy," "Nanny," and "Nana." She grew up in a very spiritual family. Her father was a preacher, and her mother, a naturalist. What was the result? -- A "faery girl!" Her hobbies are writing about faeries and sharing some of her life stories with clients in her spiritual intuitive business. She loves anything to do with the fae! She has loved "everything faery" since she was a wee girl of 2--even earlier if she could remember! She studied at the University of Metaphysics, where she received her Bachelor's Degree. She is currently working on obtaining her Masters' Degree and Doctorate in Metaphysics. She has been a spiritual intuitive counselor online for over thirteen years helping others find their true path in this life. The one true love of her life is helping others find themselves, again. She says, "Faery Greetings! I am a country girl who 'literally' grew up on a dirt farm. Even though I was dirt poor, I aspired to share my faery wisdom with the world someday."

If you don't love faeries or even know about them you will after you read this wonderful book. The delightful stories feel like you are sitting in the room listening to the author and her grandma share the fun stories. As a bonus readers can learn how to make a Lavender peace recipe, Rose Red perfume, a glowing shower curtain and a faery wish bottle. Plus you will get the ten secrets faery's need you to know. I loved this beautifully written story with an amazing feel to it and highly recommend it for all ages. The illustrations are wonderful and only add to the magic.

It is gripping with the magical stories and once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. It is fascinating and interesting and children of all ages (1-101) will love it. I also found the activities that were listed an additional bonus. They are creative and fun to do with kids. This book is joyful and informative (I love faeries now) and a "must read" if you want you and yours to be delighted.
