About the Author T.D. van Basten is a 25 year young man living in the Mediterranean region to follow his passion and explore the old historical areas. He is a passionate lover of history. Growing up he has always loved to learn about the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and other historical events. With his power of imagination, he could almost live and see the world as how it used to be. After graduating from the University, he began to see and explore the world. Taking trips to various regions himself, such as Egypt to discover the pyramids and famous tombs. Followed by spending months in Spain and the surrounding areas, where he still lives. This allowed him to see the worlds that he loved first hand. Over the years he has assembled an extraordinary collection of artifacts, and he is now ready to share the tales that he always loved with you.

Interesting facts and illustrations By Scott McIntosh I was very impressed with this book, because the photo on the front of the book is how I have always imagined her to look like. The author has done a great amount of research, and you’ll not only learn a lot of interesting facts about the life from Cleopatra, but also how Egypt was taken by Alexander the Great, and how the Ptolemies conquered the throne. You’ll find a lot of pre-history in this book, and great illustrations about the city Alexandria, and the Mediterranean region during her time as a Pharaoh.Hats off for this impressive book, and I hope to see more work in the future by this author. Highly recommended for people who are interested in Ancient Egypt and Cleopatra.

Beautifully written in an engaging way By Alan Shafran In my opinion, one of the most outstanding women in history has been brought back to life in this superb story. If you are an avid reader of non-fiction history, then this book is one of the best.I gladly give this book 5-stars, as it is beautifully written and it has kept my attention throughout the entire book. Hundreds and thousands years later, people are still interested in reading the wonderful story of Cleopatra, and I am one of them. I have finished the book without stopping, and I am sure you will too!

She is the last Pharaoh who reigned her country with pride and honor. She played the role with intellect, charm and vision to let the male dominating Rome how powerful woman was.She was known for her beauty and charm which made her either an ally or foe.She is the most admired Pharaoh of her time and the evidence still prominent even up to this time.
