As a bodybuilder of nearly 50 years, I really could not get enough of the author's stories concerning the early days of bodybuilding. Names like Marvin Eder, Steve Reeves, Dick Dubois and Reg Park literally jump off the pages in the author's first-hand accounts. His anecdotes about working with Mae West add another layer to the incredible life that Dominick Juliano has led. These stories alone are worth the price of admission! The additional stories throughout the book are frosting on the cake. The author's quest for spiritual enlightenment was very moving and incredibly inspirational. Do yourself and favor and get this book!

Beautiful Book By Stacey Similar to seeing a Pixar movie that engages both children and adults, this book can be read solely for the entertainment of a fascinating, adventurous life or more importantly for the wisdom and teachings that are provided. Many of these chapters should be read and reread again. This is a very powerful book that not only entertains but most importantly encourages awareness and consciousness.
