About the Author Ever since college days, Dave McQuoid realized he wanted to be a family physician. He enjoyed forty-three years of medical practice and never wished he had done something else. He has been privileged to take several trips to third-world countries with his supportive wife and at different times with each of his five children. For the past decade, his primary focus has switched from medicine to his sixteen grandchildren.

By Tom Cairns Dave has written a compelling and transparent autobiography of his life and his walk with God. He doesn't hesitate to share the really difficult times as well as the joys he's experienced. As a long time friend and former colleague, I was aware of some of what he's dealt with, but this fills in the blanks and challenged me in my own walk with the Lord. I'd really encourage anyone who has known Dave to get this and be blessed even as I was.
