A light at the end of the tunnel By Sarah Matthews If you or someone you know is struggling with mental illness, or perhaps even struggling through life in general, then I highly recommend "Some Dreams Are Worth Keeping". The author gives a brutally honest and in depth account of the many struggles that she and her family have encountered due to her Illness. Susan's story is one that many can relate to and best of all, it gives you hope that no matter how bad things may seem, they do not have to stay that way. There is hope and happiness to be found in the darkest places and Susan's story is proof.
