The main focus in the beginning and ending of this very short work is to get you to click on a link that takes you outside of the Amazon system promising a free ebook download. But there is no such ebook. Be careful, Seems they might be trying to simply capture your email in violation of Amazon Guidelines and/or download something on to your computer from an outside link once you click on it without you knowing.No credibility. The publisher simply copied word for word the beginning of another Author's Biography and inserted their own pen name. Very unethical and clearly trying to mislead people about their qualifications.

The book details in a well written way about why mindfulness is needed in the workplace and how to apply it not only in the workplace but also in your every day life. Through meditation you will become more mindful which will help you to release stress and will also help with depression and anxiety. Alexander Capos has written a great book that I found very helpful with my everyday stress.
