About the Author Rod Murray, EP-C, CIFT, LMT, has been a health and fitness professional for over thirty years. Rod served as a Navy Corpsman with the Navy and Marine Corps and was also a Medic with the Army National Guard. Coach Rod currently owns and works at two facilities as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). He is a USA Cycling Level 1 (expert level) coach, USA Weightlifting coach, and USA Cycling Category 1 mountain bike racer. Michelle Millner, PT, DPT, OCS, is a graduate of the University of Medicine of New Jersey with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in German. Michelle has eight years of clinical experience with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation. Currently residing in Northern NJ, Dr. Millner works primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and is also an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences at Rutgers University.

By Amazon Customer Written with great expertise, in common language, this book gave me all the tools I needed to improve my health and fitness - and without a gym membership! "Dynamic Flexibility" is an exercise model that can be used by anyone from beginner to seasoned athlete and still provide benefit. The book provides step-by-step instruction to do a fitness self-assessment, get going with a sensible routine, and maintain a regimen that works. The photographs are a big help in learning to perform each exercise properly. Highly recommend this book for anyone looking to start focusing on or elevate their level of health and fitness. Buying extra copies as holiday gifts for family and friends!

A Guide for Every Body - Yours By RapidFire I wish I'd found out about Dynamic Flexibility in my 30's, but now in my 50's I'm finding these exercises (and the diagnostic tool which precedes them) make my body stronger and more limber and best of all, my balance and coordination are getting better week by week. Whether you are totally out of shape or a competitive athlete, this book will help you get better at what you do!
